ZX self-priming pump
The ZX series self-priming pumps produced by our company are
energy-saving pump products developed as early as after absorption,
digestion and improvement based on relevant technical data at home
and abroad. The pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump and has the
advantages of self-priming ability that other pumps do not have.
For example, the use of corrosion-resistant mechanical seals and
stainless steel materials can deal with some acid and alkali media
in chemical and pharmaceutical factories.
ZX self-priming pump product features
1. The pump has the function of self-priming, no bottom valve is
required in the pipeline, and it has the function of "one-time
drainage, self-priming for life" by ensuring that the pump body has
a quantitative fluid before work. Therefore, the piping system is
simplified and working conditions are improved.
2. It has compact structure, convenient operation, stable
operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency and long life.
ZX self-priming pump product use
①Suitable for urban environmental protection, construction, fire
protection, chemical industry, pharmacy, dyes, printing and dyeing,
brewing, electric power, electroplating, papermaking, petroleum,
mining, equipment cooling, oil tanker unloading, etc.
②Suitable for clean water, sea water, chemical medium liquid with
acidity and alkalinity, and slurry with general paste (medium
viscosity ≤ 100 centiper, solid content up to 30%).
③ Equipped with a rocker-arm sprinkler, the water can be washed
into the air and sprayed into small raindrops. It is a good machine
for farms, nurseries, orchards, and tea gardens.
④It can be used with any filter press of any model and
specification, and it is an ideal matching pump type to send the
slurry to the belt filter for filter press.

Generally used in:
1. Applicable to urban environmental protection, construction, fire
protection, chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, printing and dyeing,
brewing, electricity, electroplating, paper, petroleum, mining,
equipment, cooling, oil tanker drainage.
2. It is suitable for clear water, sea water and chemical medium
liquid with acidity and alkalinity and slurry with general paste
(media viscosity ≤100 PCT, solid content up to 30%).
3. Install the rocker-type nozzle, and then spray the water into
the air, and then spray it into small raindrops. It is a good tool
for farms, nurseries, orchards and tea gardens.
4. It can be used with any type and specification of filter press,
and it is the most ideal pump type for the filter to be sent to the
filter for pressure filtration.
